Disability Claim definition

Disability Claim means a claim for compensation for:
Disability Claim means a claim for benefits under the Plan for which the claimant must show disability and the Plan Administrator must find make a determination of disability in order for the Claimant to receive benefits.
Disability Claim means a claim for benefits under a Welfare Program that is conditioned upon a showing of “disability” by the Claimant.

  • Written notice of the decision on each claim (including any Disability Claim) shall be furnished reasonably promptly to the claimant.
