Disconnection Charge definition

Disconnection Charge means a charge determined on a case by case basis (depending on location and engineering requirements) for the reasonable costs incurred by the Company to disconnect, remove or disable a physical connection between the Company’s Works and the Customer’s Works;
Disconnection Charge has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4 (Charges ) to this Agreement.
Disconnection Charge means the charge for disconnecting a Relevant Unit from receiving the Heat Supply as set out under Schedule 3 (Customer Charges). Dispute: any dispute under this Agreement.

  • If we do disconnect your supply temporarily, you must pay the appropriate Disconnection Charge.

  • The respective obligations of each party hereto to effectuate the Contribution and to perform all other obligations set forth herein other than the effectuation of the Distribution are subject to the satisfaction or waiver (as provided for therein) of all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1 and Section 6.2 of the Plan of Merger.

  • The LSS Disconnection Charge does not apply to27: • a disconnection made pursuant to the Telstra churn process by which services can be transferred between LSS, and between LSS and DSL services, or • any period in which the Access Seeker was participating in the Telstra LSS churn process and Telstra (Bigpond) was not participating in the Telstra LSS churn process.

  • But in any such case, the total fees for the new Service Term will be subtracted from the total remaining fees under the changed Service Term before the calculation of the Early Disconnection Charge provided for in Section 7.3.

  • If the Service term selected by the Customer is 60 months and the MRC is $360 for a 5 Mbps circuit, and if the Customer cancels the Service after 35 months, the Disconnection Charge will be calculated based on the 25 months remaining on the Service Order as follows: ($360) x (25) x (75%) = $6,750.

  • The current FAD for the LSS specifies a disconnection charge for single LSS services (the LSS Disconnection Charge) and the current FAD for WDSL specifies an early termination charge for WDSL.


More Definitions of Disconnection Charge

Disconnection Charge means the administrative fee set out in the Agreement Details which is payable to the Company by the Customer where the Customer has been disconnected from the Embedded Network due to non-payment, failure to enter into a supply agreement with the Company, or for any other reason; Disconnection Fee means the administrative fee set out in the Agreement Details which is payable to the Company by the Customer on moving out of the Supply Address; Distributor has the same meaning as “Local Network Service Provider” under the National Electricity Rules;

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Disconnect means the disabling of circuitry preventing both outgoing and incoming communications.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Cancellation Charge has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 5.1 of Part 2; "Core Operational Period" in relation to any part of the Network, means the period of the day when that part is generally open to train movements;

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Resource Substitution Charge means a charge assessed on Capacity Market Buyers in an Incremental Auction to recover the cost of replacement Capacity Resources.

  • Cancellation Charges means collectively (i) the Booking Amount; (ii) all interest liabilities of the Allottee accrued till date of cancellation; and (iii) brokerage paid to real estate agent/channel partner/broker, if any (iv) the stipulated charges on account of dishonour of cheque; (v) administrative charges as per Promoter’s policy and (vi) amount of stamp duty and registration charges to be paid/paid on deed of Cancellation of this Agreement

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Termination Charges means any compensatory charges payable by the Customer to BT on termination of this Agreement in whole or in part or a Service as set out in a Schedule or Order.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.
