Allocation Policy means the allocation policy of the Company adopted by the Managing Member in accordance with Section 5.1.
Valuation Policy has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.12(b)(ii)(B).
Collection Policy means with respect to (i) the initial Servicer and any Subservicer, the customary servicing practices of Regional Management attached hereto as Exhibit E and (ii) any Successor Servicer, the customary servicing practices of such Successor Servicer, in each case as such customary servicing practices may be changed from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.
Discrimination or harassment means discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, ancestry, national origin, or disability.
Non-discrimination means fairness in treating suppliers and awarding contracts without prejudice, discrimination or preferred treatment.
Discriminate means distinctions in treatment because of race, sex, color, religion, handicap, familial status or national origin of any person.
Discrimination means discrimination against any student by a student or students and/or employee or employees on school property or at a school function including, but not limited to, discrimination based on a person’s actual or perceived race, color, weight, national origin, ethnic group, religion, religious practice, disability, sexual orientation, gender or sex.
Discriminatory practice means the violation of law referred to in Section 46a-51
Cancellation Policy Day tour cancellations are accepted by phone, mail, or email to xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Refunds will be provided within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The following cancellation penalties apply:
Order Execution Policy means the Brooks Macdonald policy explaining the steps taken to provide best execution in accordance with the FCA Rules.
Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Best Execution Policy means the Company’s prevailing policy available at the Company’s Website regarding best execution when executing client orders;

Harassment means a pattern of unwelcome verbal or physical conduct relating to another person's constitutionally or statutorily protected status that causes, or reasonably should be expected to cause, substantial interference with the other's performance in the school environment; and
Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Privacy means a specific area or time over which the resident maintains a large degree of control. Privacy is supported with services that are delivered with respect for the resident's civil rights.
Discrimination on the basis of disability means any distinction, exclusion or restriction on the basis of disability which has the purpose or effect of impairing or nullifying the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal basis with others, of all human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural, civil or any other field. It includes all forms of discrimination, including denial of reasonable accommodation;
Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.
Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.36.
Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 7, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.
Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.
Unlawful discrimination means any complaint of unlawful discrimination based on a category protected under Title 5, section 59300, including sexual harassment and retaliation.
Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website;
