At such time the Dispute Parties shall also exchange copies of all documentary evidence upon which they will rely at the arbitration hearing and a list of the witnesses whom they intend to call to testify at the hearing.
Written submittals in the English language shall be presented and exchanged by both Dispute Parties five business days before the hearing date.
Either of the Dispute Parties may initiate this procedure by delivery of written notice of the Dispute (the "Dispute Notice") to the other.
