Distributable Cash From Operations definition

Distributable Cash From Operations means Cash from Operations, as reduced by (i) any accrued and unpaid Asset Management Fee and (ii) after Payout, any accrued and unpaid Subordinated Resale Fee.
Distributable Cash From Operations means cash receipts from the ordinary day-to-day operations of the Partnership (including all interest on Partnership investments and mortgages held by the Partnership) without deduction for the management fee authorized by Paragraph G(3) of Article X payable to an Affiliate of the General Partner or for depreciation and amortization of intangibles such as organization, underwriting and debt placement costs but after deducting all other expenses, debt amortization and provisions for reserves established by the General Partner which it deems to be reasonably required for the proper operation of the business of the Partnership. "Distributable Cash from Operations" shall not include cash proceeds realized from the sale, exchange or other disposition of assets of the Partnership or from financing of Partnership property or the refinancing of any Partnership indebtedness.
Distributable Cash From Operations means Distributable Cash (a) received by the Company from ordinary operations or (b) that is not Distributable Cash from Capital Events, as determined by the Manager in its commercially reasonable discretion.
