District Heat Network Strategy means a document prepared by the Owner and/or the
District Heat Network Strategy means a document prepared by the Developer setting out the proposals for the Site to connect to the District Heat Network and which shall contain as a minimum the details set out at paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 6; “Eligible Tenant(s)” means an Occupier from a specific sector that has a social, cultural or economic development purpose which shall include but not be limited to the following: a) charities; b) public health services; c) voluntary and community organisations or social enterprises; d) those in need of creative and artists’ workspace; e) those in need of rehearsal and performance space and makerspace; f) Occupiers from disadvantaged groups starting up in any sector; g) Occupiers in support of educational outcomes through connections to schools, colleges or higher education; h) existing businesses in the Borough who need to relocate; i) Small Businesses and start – ups located in the Borough; and j) Small Businesses otherwise identified by the Affordable Space Provider as may be approved by the Council; “Employment and Skills means a methodology to secure the appointment of a Construction
District Heat Network Strategy means a document prepared by the Owner and/or the Developer setting out how the Development shall be constructed in order to facilitate a connection to the District Heat Network and which shall contain at minimum the details set out at paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 7 PROVIDED THAT such strategy may be amended and updated from time to time with the approval of the Council; “End Users” means start-ups, independent businesses operating from no more than 3 sites and small businesses with 50 employees or less and which are from a specific sector with a social, cultural or economic development purpose including: (a) charities, voluntary and community organisations or social enterprises; (b) public health services; (c) creative and artists workspace; (d) rehearsal and performance space and makerspace; (e) occupiers from disadvantaged groups starting up in any sector; (f) occupiers in support of educational outcomes through connections to schools, colleges or higher education; (g) small businesses located in the Borough; (h) medium business located in the Borough approved by the Council; and (i) such other businesses identified by the Affordable Workspace Provider and approved by the Council; “Energy Centre” means a site-wide low carbon communal heating system;

  • district heating or ‘district cooling’ means the distribution of thermal energy in the form of steam, hot water or chilled liquids, from a central source of production through a network to multiple buildings or sites, for the use of space or process heating or cooling;

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer.   • General anesthesia means a drug-induced loss of consciousness during which patients are not arousable, even by painful stimulation. Patients often require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and positive pressure ventilation may be required because of depressed spontaneous ventilation or drug-induced depression of neuromuscular function.   • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Attack directed against any civilian population means a course of conduct involving the multiple commission of acts referred to in paragraph 1 against any civilian population, pursuant to or in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit such attack;

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.

  • Empowerment Neighborhoods means neighborhoods designated by the Urban Coordinating Council “in consultation and conjunction with” the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority pursuant to N.J.S.A 55:19-69.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Licensed Medical Practitioner means a person who is licensed, certified, and/or registered, in accordance with applicable Federal, State, local, or foreign laws and regulations, to prescribe controlled substances and other drugs.

  • Department of Health and Human Services means the Department of Health and Human Services

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
