Dividend Plan definition

Dividend Plan means a plan to provide reasonable assur- ances as to the policyholder dividend scales of the participating individual policies and contracts of a converted insurance com- pany in the life insurance business in force on the date specified in the dividend plan for which the insurer had an experience− based dividend scale payable in the year of the plan by creating any of the following:
Dividend Plan means the dividend plan adopted by the Board in 1991 to transfer one-half of the lesser of its unrestricted net income or total net income to the State.
Dividend Plan means the GWA Group Limited Dividend Reinvestment Plan, the terms of which are set out in these Rules.
