Electricity Meter definition

Electricity Meter means a device that measures and registers the integral of an electrical quantity with respect to time.
Electricity Meter. – means a device that measures the amount of electric energy consumed by a residence, business or an electrically powered device;
Electricity Meter means any meter that conforms to the requirements of paragraph 2 of schedule 7 to the Electricity Act and is used for the purpose of measuring the quantity of electricity that is supplied to premises.

  • This paragraph has effect from the date specified by the Secretary of State in a direction issued to the licensee under this paragraph and applies where the licensee installs or arranges for the installation of a Current Transformer Electricity Meter at any Domestic Premises.
