Eligible Expansion definition

Eligible Expansion means the development and construction by an Eligible Expansion Counterparty of one or more additional Electricity generation or storage units to an Eligible Existing Facility that utilize the same Electricity generation or storage technology as the Eligible Existing Facility, whose Connection Point is the same actual, physical interconnection to the IESO-Controlled Grid or the Distribution System (as applicable) as that of the Eligible Existing Facility and that is separately metered from the Eligible Existing Facility.

More Definitions of Eligible Expansion

Eligible Expansion means (i) an expansion of the Central Penn Line which will increase the firm transportation capacity of all or a portion of the Central Penn Line, and/or (ii) the construction of an interconnection(s) (other than the Receipt Interconnections) on the Central Penn Line. If Transco desires to pursue or develop an Eligible Expansion, then Transco shall notify Xxxxx thereof. As part of such notification, Transco shall provide the following information about the Eligible Expansion: (A) a description of the facilities to be installed; (B) the total estimated cost of the facilities; (C) the amount of firm transportation capacity to be added; (D) flow diagrams for such capacity; (E) the proposed project schedule, including the expected construction period and target in-service date; and (F) a brief description of the approvals required of any Governmental Authority.

Related to Eligible Expansion

  • Eligible Expenditure means expenditure in relation to this Project that complies in all respects with the Eligibility Rules.

  • Eligible Expense means the lesser of the reasonable, customary, usual, fair market value charge for a covered service or the provider's actual charge.

  • Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

  • Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘HESA’ means the Higher Education Support Xxx 0000; ‘maximum basic grant amount’ or ‘MBGA’ has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA.

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.

  • Eligible Expenses means expenses incurred for Medical Services rendered with respect to a Disability.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Award Year means a fiscal year beginning January 1 and ending December 31 with respect to which an Award may be granted.

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Annual Operating Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.
