Employee Charges definition

Employee Charges means all liabilities, costs, expenses and outgoings in relation to each Employee including, but not limited to salaries, wages, bonus (even if not due and payable at that time), accrued holiday pay, National Insurance Contributions, pension contributions, PAYE remittances and payments in respect of any other emoluments;

Employee Charges means any amounts Executive owes to the Company or an Affiliate for advances, overpayments, and any other charges due from Executive to the Company or an Affiliate, including without limitation charges for personal telephone calls or travel expenses, travel advances, personal courier and postal charges, personal copying charges, personal charges on any company credit card issued to Executive, excess paid leave time taken, and other charges that may arise out of the application of the Company’s or an Affiliate’s policies or otherwise.

Examples of Employee Charges in a sentence

  • Executive further agrees that if any Employee Charges remain outstanding after such deduction or reduction, Executive shall be indebted to the Company for such amount and shall promptly repay such amount.

  • With respect to any payment to be made to Executive, the Company shall deduct, where applicable, any amounts authorized by Executive (including without limitation the Employee Charges) and permissible under applicable law, and shall withhold and report all amounts required to be withheld and reported by applicable law.

  • In consideration of the Services described in this SCHEDULE A-4, Entropic shall pay to Trident the Employee Charges for each Trident employee engaged in providing such Services, as described in Section A of SCHEDULE B (SERVICE FEES).

  • The GUEST shall pay Additional Internet Charges, Additional Air- Conditioning Charges, Additional Electricity Charges, Additional Employee Charges, and/or Security Camera Charges in the amounts specified in Annex “B” hereof.
