Employer’s Business definition

Employer’s Business means, collectively, the products and services provided by the Employer determined at the point of reference herein but in no event determined later than the Termination of Employment.

Employer’s Business means serving as a third-party provider of supply chain solutions for the consumer packaged goods industry and providing temperature-controlled food distribution services.

Employer’s Business means the development and sale of separation, disaggregation, and extraction technology.

• Executive acknowledges that certain software and digital intellectual property is Confidential Information of Employer and Executive agrees, in accordance with Section 2.2, to keep such software and intellectual property confidential and not to use it except in furtherance of Employer’s Business or the operations of Employer or its Affiliates.

• Section 8.1 shall not be deemed to restrict Employee’s ability to work for a hospital, hospital system or university if the hospital, hospital system or university does not provide any of the medical services included in Employer’s Business.

• Finally, Employer agrees that Employee may hold direct supervisory responsibility for or be involved in the medical services of a hospital, hospital system or university that are included in Employer’s Business so long as such hospital, hospital system or university is located at least ten (10) miles from a medical practice owned or operated by Employer or its affiliate.

If any covenant in this Section 7.2 is held to be unreasonable, arbitrary or against public policy, such covenant will be considered to be divisible with respect to scope, time and geographic area, and such lesser scope, time or geographic area, or all of them, as a court of competent jurisdiction may determine to be reasonable, not arbitrary, and not against public policy, will be effective, binding and enforceable against the Executive. The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 7.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive will, while the covenant under this Section 7.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identity of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

Employer’s Business means set visits or other use as authorized by the Employer.

Employer’s Business means the business carried in by the employer at the date of signing of this agreement as well as the termination date;
