Employer’s Business definition

Employer’s Business means, collectively, the products and services provided by the Employer determined at the point of reference herein but in no event determined later than the Termination of Employment.
Employer’s Business means serving as a third-party provider of supply chain solutions for the consumer packaged goods industry and providing temperature-controlled food distribution services.
Employer’s Business means the development and sale of separation, disaggregation, and extraction technology.

  • Executive acknowledges that certain software and digital intellectual property is Confidential Information of Employer and Executive agrees, in accordance with Section 2.2, to keep such software and intellectual property confidential and not to use it except in furtherance of Employer’s Business or the operations of Employer or its Affiliates.

The period of time applicable to any covenant in this Section 7.2 will be extended by the duration of any violation by the Executive of such covenant. The Executive will, while the covenant under this Section 7.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identity of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
