Encumbrance Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4(l) below.
Encumbrance Documents means copies of each document listed as an exception to title in the Title Commitment.
Encumbrance Documents is defined in Section 4.5(i).

Encumbrance Documents is defined in SECTION 4.13(j).
