End Customer Data definition

End Customer Data means End Customer’s electronic data other than Log Data.
End Customer Data means any information collected from End Customer and maintained in Autodesk Systems. 「エンドカスタマーデータ」とは、エンドカスタマーより収集されてオートデスクシステムに維持される情報を意味する。
End Customer Data means all electronic data or information submitted by you or your End Customers that may be accessed by TelStrat by virtue of Reseller’s purchase of Authorized Products hereunder.

More Definitions of End Customer Data

End Customer Data means any data and other information made available by or for the End Customer, to Twilio, and/or Partner through the End Customer’s use of the Services under these Partner Terms.
End Customer Data means any information or data, including OS Updates, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, or otherwise transmitted by or on behalf of a Customer or an End Customer through the Service.
End Customer Data means data received by Cognite from the End-Customer, or from a third party on behalf of End-Customer in connection with the User Right. The term "End-Customer Data" shall include raw data, and processed data, i.e. in the form raw data appears after it has been processed by Cognite (in Cognite's capacity of being a subcontractor to the Cognite Partner), and personal data, but shall exclude, for the avoidance of doubt, CDF and any parts thereof, any information provided in Cognite Hub and Cognite Academy, and any feedback or suggestions regarding the functionality of Cognite Technology.
End Customer Data means online data collected from Customer through the Services regarding End Users.

Related to End Customer Data

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
