Enforcement Instructions definition

Enforcement Instructions means instructions as to take Enforcement Actions (including the manner and timing of enforcement) given by a Representative to the Security Agent provided that instructions not to undertake enforcement or an absence of instructions as to enforcement shall not constitute "Enforcement Instructions".
Enforcement Instructions means instructions as to Enforcement (including the manner and timing of Enforcement) given by the relevant Instructing Group to the Intercreditor Agent, provided that instructions not to undertake Enforcement or an absence of instructions as to Enforcement shall not constitute “Enforcement Instructions”.

More Definitions of Enforcement Instructions

Enforcement Instructions means instructions as to Enforcement (including the manner and timing of Enforcement) given by the relevant group of Primary Creditors to the Security Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Enforcement Instructions shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.04(e)(ii).
