Engagement Terms definition

Engagement Terms means the terms contained (or referred to) in our Engagement Pack (of which these General Terms and Conditions of Business form part) which relate to the particular Specific Services (and not any other Specific Services), including the relevant Specific Services Appendices.

Engagement Terms means any letter or e-mail sent at the beginning of a Matter or a series of Matters to a Client, as supplemented or amended by any later letter or e-mail, setting out the terms on which we are engaged to act on a particular Matter or a series of Matters, and which may be extended to include subsequent Matters;

Examples of Engagement Terms in a sentence

  • These Standard Terms of Engagement (Terms) apply to any current engagement and also to any future engagement, whether or not we send you another copy of them.

  • Specific terms of services shall be set forth in the Data Processing Records Management Engagement Terms (the “Terms”), which is an integral part of this letter and is incorporated herein.

  • The C lient may not assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Engagement Terms without the prior written consent of the Firm.

Related to Engagement Terms

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Engagement means the engagement (including the Agency Worker’s acceptance of the Hirer’s offer), employment or use of the Agency Worker by the Hirer or any third party to whom the Agency Worker has been introduced by the Hirer, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether under a contract of service or for services, and/or through a company of which the Agency Worker is an officer, employee or other representative, an agency, license, franchise or partnership arrangement, or any other engagement; and “Engage”, “Engages” and “Engaged” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Engagement Letter means that certain Engagement Letter, dated as of June 18, 2015, by and among the Borrower and the Arrangers.

  • Consulting Agreement means any written or oral agreement to retain the services, for a fee, of a consultant for the purposes of (A) providing counsel to a contractor, vendor, consultant or other entity seeking to conduct, or conducting, business with the State, (B) contacting, whether in writing or orally, any executive, judicial, or administrative office of the State, including any department, institution, bureau, board, commission, authority, official or employee for the purpose of solicitation, dispute resolution, introduction or requests for information or (C) any other similar activity related to such contract.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.
