Equipment Space. Owner also agrees to provide to Bell, at no charge, access to and use of, one or more rooms or other segregated, enclosed spaces in the Sales Centre and/or Building (the "Equipment Space(s)"), as needed and mutually agreed upon by the parties, acting in good faith, which is suitable in all respects for the purpose of housing or storing the applicable Equipment. Owner agrees that these access rights include a right to access the Equipment Space in the Building. The Equipment Space shall have the adequate power supply and adequate natural or artificial ventilation for the proper operation of the Equipment. Bell shall have reasonable and continuous access into the Building and to the Equipment Space subject to giving reasonable notice to the Owner or its building manager, property manager or superintendent, as applicable, of its intention to enter the Sales Centre or Building in order to install, operate, maintain, repair or replace the Equipment, provided that entry will be made during normal business hours except in the case of emergency. Nothing in this Agreement limits Xxxx'x right to provide the Bell Services in any manner it sees fit.
Equipment Space. Customer shall provide and maintain suitable Equipment Space meeting or exceeding the requirements set forth in the Specifications.

Equipment Space. Additionally, pursuant to the provisions of Article --------------- 6 below, Tenant shall have the right to place certain equipment in the Equipment Space.

Equipment Space. Lessor, in further consideration of the rents to be paid and covenants contained herein, hereby grants to Lessee the Equipment Space as reasonably determined by Lessor, for the limited purpose of installing, maintaining, operating, repairing, or removing the Equipment in accordance with this Agreement; and to pass through portions of the Lessor's Property designated by Lessor for ingress to and egress from the Equipment Space. All site work for the use of the Equipment Space shall be performed by Lessee and at the expense of Lessee. In the event Lessor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion and which determination shall be specified in advance of the Commencement Date, that Lessee's Equipment shall not reside in the buildings and other structures on Lessor's property currently designed to house such equipment, Lessee, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, shall be required to construct such enclosures, buildings or structures on that portion of Lessor's property designated by Lessor, at its sole and absolute discretion and as generally depicted on Schedule 5.2, and Lessee shall house its Equipment in such enclosures, buildings or structures. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event Lessee is required by Lessor to construct a permanent building or other permanent structure on Lessor's Property, at the expiration of the term of this Agreement, the permanent building and other permanent structures shall, at the sole election of Lessor, become the property of Lessor.
Equipment Space. Camden shall provide secure space, at no charge, to I(3)S at each Property for the storage of equipment in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder, to the extent such space is reasonably available.
Equipment Space. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant will be installing equipment in the Equipment Space and that the installation, maintenance and use of the Equipment Space will be at Tenant’s sole expense and is subject to the terms of this Lease.
Equipment Space. Intelsat Furnished Equipment will be installed in shelters, and antenna hub (provided by Intelsat) and equipment room(s) delivered by the Contractor. Intelsat reserves the right to modify, replace, or substitute all or a portion of the IFE at any time, as long as the space, power, and environmental requirements are not changed materially. The racks shall (2) have at least 3 ft (0.9 m) of clearance at the back of the racks, and 4 ft (1.2 m) in front and to one side. Note that this equipment room space will be sufficient for TTC racks and M&C racks. • The console): shall (3) be located in a noise free environment area preferable next to work area where the operation personnel perform daily activities. • Repair and maintenance room (at least 25 m2); the use of existing repair and maintenance room is acceptable. Intelsat Ground Network Upgrade Exhibit B to Statement of Work INTEL-2392 • Storage room for spare parts: at least 12 m2 of lockable, environmentally controlled storage space is required for IFE spares parts and consumable supplies. This area must have shelves and cabinets suitable for storage of spare units, printed circuit cards, power supplies and small components. • Computer room with raised floor (at least 50 m2) equipped with computer tables and chairs. The equipment room(s) shall (4) be equipped with adequate air conditioning and cold air should flow in direction of bottom of the floor towards the ceiling. The provided air conditioning system, shall (5) be capable of handling a constant, heat load for IFE as specified by the power consumption listed in Section 4.4.1, plus any other equipment to be provided by the Contractor as part of the deliverables. The internal temperatures shall (6) be maintained within 20 ±5°C, with low relative humidity (below 70%, providing dehumidification if necessary, even when outside temperatures fall below 15°C).
