Equivalent Quantity definition

Equivalent Quantity means, on any Day on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System, a quantity of Gas (in MMBtu’s) that is thermally equivalent to the quantity of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas received from Producers at the Xxxxxxx Receipt Points on that Xxxxxxx Gathering System on that Day less Producers’ allocated share of System Fuel and Losses on that Xxxxxxx Gathering System.
Equivalent Quantity. The volume of gas measured in Mcf received by Transporter at the Point of Receipt during any given period of time, adjusted for any variations in Btu content, it being the intent of the parties that the volumes of gas delivered hereunder at the Point of Delivery be the thermal equivalent of the volumes of gas received at the Point of Receipt less any amounts attributable to fuel and line losses.
