ESG Requirements definition

ESG Requirements means the Mandatory Policies, the Code, all applicable ESG Laws, the Basic Terms and Conditions of Employment, the Core Labour Standards and the IFC Performance Standards (as applicable).
ESG Requirements means environmental laws, social laws, any environment and/or social permit, license, consent, approval or other Authorization required by the Company to conduct the Business, and any other requirement notified to the Company by GPC.

ESG Requirements. The social and environmental obligations to be undertaken by the portfolio companies to ensure compliance with: (i) the Exclusion List; (ii) Applicable ES&G Laws; (iii) the Performance Standards, and (iv) any other requirements established by the ES&G Management System.
ESG Requirements means the requirements set out in Part A of Schedule [X] to the extent applicable to any Group Company;
ESG Requirements the environmental, social and governance obligations to be undertaken by the Investee Companies to ensure compliance with: (i) the Exclusion List, and (ii) any other requirements established by the ESG Management System.
