Estate Rules definition

Estate Rules means any rules and regulations as the Manager may make from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Deed for the proper or more efficient management of the Estate and include the Club Rules.
Estate Rules means the Rules laid down for the use, enjoyment and management of the Property.
Estate Rules. The rules governing the Estate as a whole and the Estate Common Areas and the Estate Common Facilities from time to time in force and made by the Manager pursuant to Clause 6.2.2 hereof.

Examples of Estate Rules in a sentence

  • There shall be exhibited on each of such public notice boards a copy of the Estate Rules from time to time in force and all notices which under this Deed are required to be exhibited thereon and such other notices and announcements as the Manager may from time to time decide to exhibit or approve for exhibition thereon.

  • Notice given personally or by commercial carrier is effective upon delivery.

  • This document must be read in conjunction with the Estate Rules and Regulations.

More Definitions of Estate Rules

Estate Rules means the estate rules provided for in this Constitution;
Estate Rules means the rules and regulations governing use of the Facilities which are provided to the Guest at the time of booking
