Estate Rules definition

Estate Rules means any rules and regulations as the Manager may make from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Deed for the proper or more efficient management of the Estate.

Estate Rules means the Rules laid down for the use, enjoyment and management of the Property.

Estate Rules. The rules governing the Estate as a whole and the Estate Common Areas and the Estate Common Facilities from time to time in force and made by the Manager pursuant to Clause 6.2.2 hereof.

• These Estate Rules may be substituted, revised, amended or repealed from time to time by the Trustee Committee.

Estate Rules means the rules and regulations governing use of the Facilities which are provided to the Guest at the time of booking

Estate Rules means the Estate Rules and Regulations of the Pearl Valley Signature Golf Estate and Spa Homeowners’ Association;
