Estate Common Facilities definition

Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities of the Estate intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole and not just any particular Unit or any particular part thereof which are, subject to the provisions of this Deed, to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to the communal aerial, all signal receivers, sewers, drains, storm water drains, water courses, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, CCTV and other facilities and equipment installed in the Estate Common Areas for security purposes, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services of the Estate, transformer room, transformer delivery lift, cable accommodations and all associated facilities and ancillary electricity installation equipment and such additional devices and facilities of the Estate as may at any time be designated as Estate Common Facilities by the First Owner in accordance with the provisions of this Deed.
Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities in the Estate which do not form part of the Residential Common Facilities and are intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole and not just any particular part thereof and which subject to the provisions of this Deed are to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to the communal aerial, sewers, drains, storm water drains, water courses, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services.
Estate Common Facilities means all equipment, facilities and systems designated as being for the use, benefit or service of the Estate Common Areas and the Estate generally and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, include:-

Examples of Estate Common Facilities in a sentence

  • No provisions shall be made pursuant to this Deed preventing an Owner from taking legal action against another Owner in this respect nor shall any Owner use, cut, injure, damage, alter or interfere with any part or parts of the Estate Common Areas or the Estate Common Facilities nor any equipment or apparatus on, in or upon the Land not being equipment or apparatus for the exclusive use, enjoyment and benefit of any such Owner.

  • The Residential Common Facilities, the Estate Common Facilities, the Commercial Common Facilities and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common facilities in any Sub- Deed.

  • The Residential Common Facilities, the Estate Common Facilities, the Commercial Common Facilities, the Car Park Common Facilities (after execution of a Sub-Deed in respect of the Car Park) and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common facilities in any Sub-Deed.

  • Should there be any damage to any of the Estate Common Areas or the Estate Common Facilities or structures caused by the negligent or wilful acts or omission of any Owner or his licensees, agents or servants, the Manager shall be entitled to require such Owner to remedy the damage or to procure such remedy at the expense of such Owner.

  • Neither any Owner (including the First Owner) nor the Manager shall have the right to redesignate the Estate Common Areas or the Estate Common Facilities to his own use or for his own benefit.

  • The First Owner shall at its own expense prepare a plan showing such Estate Common Areas and Estate Common Facilities to be kept in the management office of the Estate in the manner and for the purpose more particularly set out in Clause 10.1.2 hereof.

  • Maintenance (b) to put in hand all works necessary to maintain the Estate including (subject to sub-clause (c) hereof) the Estate Common Areas and Estate Common Facilities and the foundation to ensure that the Estate is maintained in a good, clean and safe condition.

Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities and installation in the Estate used in common by or installed or intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole as part of the amenities thereof and not just for the exclusive benefit of any particular part thereof which are subject to the provisions of this Deed to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to sewers, drains, gutters, manholes, storm water drains, water courses, channels, water mains, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, gas valve, fire services installations, fire fighting equipment, fire hydrant, hose reel system, sprinkler system, fire alarm system, emergency generator, emergency lighting system, portable appliances, exit signs, visual fire alarm system, security equipment and facilities, ventilation fans, lights, lightning post, lightning rods, sanitary fittings, refuse disposal equipment, communal aerials, equipment, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services and such additional devices and facilities of the Estate as may at any time be designated as Estate Common Facilities by the First Owner subject to the approval by a resolution of Owners at an Owners' meeting convened in accordance wit h the provisions of this Deed.
Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities in the Estate Common Areas intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole and not just any particular part thereof which are subject to the provisions of this Deed to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to the communal aerial, all signal receivers and all sewers, drains, storm water drains, water courses, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services.

Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole and not just any particular part thereof which are subject to the provisions of this Deed to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to those parts (if any) of the Utilities within the Lot and the Estate, sewers, drains, storm water drains, water courses, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services, the transformer room, cable accommodations and all associated facilities and ancillary electricity installation equipment and facilities for the supply of electricity to the Estate and such additional devices and facilities of the Estate as may at any time be designated as Estate Common Facilities by the First Owner subject to the approval by a resolution of Owners at an Owners' meeting convened in accordance with the provisions of this Deed BUT (for the avoidance of doubt) excluding the Residential Common Facilities, the Residential Car Park Common Facilities and the Residential and Residential Car Park Common Facilities.
Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities of the Estate intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole and not just any particular Unit or any particular part thereof which are subject to the provisions of this Deed to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to the communal aerial, all signal receivers, sewers, drains, storm water drains, water courses, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, CCTV and other facilities and equipment installed in the Estate Common Areas for security purposes, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services of the Estate, the main switch cabinet and cable accommodations, the transformer room, transformer, cable accommodations and all associated facilities and ancillary electricity installation equipment and facilities for the supply of electricity to the Estate, the water tank and pump equipment for potable and flushing water, control valves, storm water pipes, soil water pipes, fire services pipes, water tank and pump equipment for fire services, inlet pipes for fire services, sprinkler water, refuse storage with material recovery facilities, telecommunication and broadcasting facilities, the emergency generator, cable accommodations and all associated facilities, pump equipment for sprinkler system and water tank for sprinkler system, and such additional devices and facilities of the Estate as may at any time be designated as Estate Common Facilities by the First Owner in accordance with the provisions of this Deed.
Estate Common Facilities means all those facilities of the Estate intended for the common use and benefit of the Estate as a whole and not just any particular Unit or any particular part thereof which are, subject to the provisions of this Deed, to be used by each Owner and Occupier in common with all other Owners and Occupiers of the Estate and includes but not limited to the communal aerial, all signal receivers, sewers, drains, storm water drains, water courses, cables, pipes, wires, ducts, flushing mains, fresh water mains, CCTV and other facilities and equipment installed in the Estate Common Areas for security purposes, plant and machinery and other like installations, facilities or services of the Estate, the transformer room, cable accommodations and all associated facilities and ancillary electricity installation equipment and facilities for the supply of electricity to the Estate and such additional devices and facilities of the Estate as may at any time be designated as Estate Common Facilities by the First Owner in accordance with the provisions of this Deed.

Related to Estate Common Facilities

  • Common Facilities means those facilities located on Landlord’s Property which Landlord designates from time to time as “common facilities”, including, but not limited to, building systems, passenger elevators, materials dumb-waiters, pipes, ducts, wires, conduits, meters, HVAC equipment and systems, electrical systems and equipment and plumbing lines and facilities, cafeteria, showers, conference rooms, auditorium and video/telephone conferencing meeting facilities.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
