European Personal Data definition

European Personal Data in this sub-clause means Personal Data which comes within the scope of any of the laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, and the United Kingdom applicable to the processing of Personal Data as amended from time to time;
European Personal Data means any information that relates to a specific natural person who resides in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and who can be identified, directly or indirectly, such as by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
European Personal Data means Personal Information originating from or Processed in the European Union or otherwise subject to European Data Protection Laws.

  • The European Personal Data provided, transferred or delivered to or otherwise accessed by or on behalf of Counterparty for Processing in connection with performance of the Services.

  • As between the parties, (i) Customer is a controller and the Company is a Processor on behalf of Customer with regard to European Personal Data or (ii) Customer is a Processor and the Company is a Subprocessor on behalf of Customer with regard to European Personal Data.

  • If European Personal Data is Processed by or on behalf of Counterparty outside of an Adequate Jurisdiction, then Company and Counterparty shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two: Transfer controller to processor) as the data exporter and data importer, respectively, throughout the period that Counterparty Processes European Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • The controller has authorised the use of Counterparty's Representatives, including any Subcontractors, as such terms are defined in the Agreement to act as Sub- processors to the extent such Representatives Process European Personal Data on Counterparty's behalf as part of Counterparty's performance of Services under the Agreement.

  • All references to the "Agreement" herein shall refer to the transactional contract between the data exporter and data importer pursuant to which, as part of its obligations thereunder, the data importer Processes European Personal Data.

European Personal Data means Personal Information Processed by the Counterparty that originates from or is Processed in a member country of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), Switzerland, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with data protection laws that rely on, are similar to or based on EU Data Protection Laws. "United Kingdom Personal Data" means the subset of European Personal Data that originates from or is Processed in the United Kingdom. "Swiss Personal Data" means the subset of European Personal Data that originates from or is Processed in Switzerland.
European Personal Data means, in relation to processing by an Exporting Entity, any personal data subject to European Data Protection Law; and, in relation to processing by an Importing Entity, any personal data which is transferred from an Exporting Entity under this Policy;
European Personal Data means personal data of (i) staff, attorneys, partners, consultants, contractors and potential candidates for any of the above collected and processed in relation to recruitment and human resources administration; (ii) clients, prospective clients and alumni processed in relation to marketing and communications purposes; and (iii) suppliers, vendors, contractors and advisers processed in the context of the relationship between such entities and Latham & Watkins, by any L&W Entity as a data controller which is subject to applicable EU Privacy Laws.
European Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by Boeing or any Boeing Group Company as a Data Controller either (i) located within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) or (ii) where such Personal Data is otherwise processed by that Data Controller subject to the GDPR.
European Personal Data means personal data of natural persons subject to the Regulation.
