Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund definition

Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5 hereof.
Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund and the account to which such amounts are held shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Excess Cash Flow Reserve Account”.

More Definitions of Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund

Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund and the account to which such amounts are held shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Excess Cash Flow Reserve Account”. If on or prior to the Anticipated Repayment Date Borrower does not pay to Lender the Outstanding Principal Balance, all accrued and unpaid interest and all other amounts due hereunder and under the Note, the Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents, then, on the Anticipated Repayment Date, all funds in the Excess Cash Flow Reserve Account and all Excess Cash Flow that accrues thereafter shall be applied pursuant to the Note. Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund and the account to which such amounts are held shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Excess Cash Flow Reserve Account”. Excess Cash Flow Reserve Fund and the account to which such amounts are held shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Excess Cash Flow Reserve Account”.
