Exchange Water definition

Exchange Water means Project Water exchanged for Non-Project Water pursuant to an Exchange Agreement.
Exchange Water means water available to the Tribe from the Tongue River direct flow or from the Tongue River Reservoir storage in exchange for Tribal return flows made available to other Tongue River water users.
Exchange Water means the Project Water made available during each year to the Exchange Contractors pursuant to the Exchange Contracts without payment to the United States and without application of the acreage limitation provisions of Federal Reclamation law.
