Executive Summary Report. On a monthly basis, the Vendor shall prepare and deliver an Executive Summary Report, which shall include the following information: 3.6.3.1.1 A detailed analysis of the total number of Work Orders received, total Work Orders filled, and length of time to fill the Work Orders; 3.6.3.1.2 A detailed list of all active Contingent Workers, broken down by department and cost center, and shall also include the Assignment position, Assignment start date, anticipated Assignment termination date, and corresponding hourly rate; and 3.6.3.1.3 A detailed summary of weekly invoices for all active Assignments, broken down by department and cost.
Executive Summary Report. “ESR”: The Fortknox Executive summary report is a report on the services offered to a customer on a monthly basis. The report is a comprehensive report of all the Fortknox services (activities) performed on the customer server in a month.
