Expenditure Cap definition

Expenditure Cap means the upper limit on expenditure approved by the Regulatory Authority for DS3 System Services for the relevant Tariff Year;
Expenditure Cap means the upper level of expenditure set by the SEM Committee for DS3 System Services for the relevant Tariff Year;
Expenditure Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
