Extended Facilities definition

Extended Facilities has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).
Extended Facilities means the credit facilities provided under the Extended Facility Agreements;
Extended Facilities means the collective reference to the Extended Revolving Credit Facility and the Extended Term Facility.

  • Developer shall construct and install the Extended Facilities entirely at its own cost.

  • The Developer shall coordinate the design of the Extended Facilities with the Authority and shall obtain the Authority’s written approval of the design and the specifications in accordance with the requirements of Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Prior to the beginning of any construction contemplated by this Agreement, the Developer shall provide the Authority with copies of the insurance certificates provided to the Developer by the Developer’s contractors and consultants in connection with the design or the construction of the Extended Facilities.

  • The amount of the developer’s bond or other security shall be equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the cost of the Extended Facilities as established by submission to the Authority of a bona fide bid or bids from the contractor or contractors chosen by the Developer or, in the absence of such bona fide bids, by estimate prepared by the Developer and approved by the Authority’s engineer.

Extended Facilities. Those Facilities consisting of Buffalo Grove, Hermosa Beach, Mission Viejo and Pacific Palisades for which the period for Due Diligence has been extended. Related to Extended Facilities

  • Non-Extended Facility has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
