Extended Warranty Period definition

Extended Warranty Period means the defined time period in which certain PRODUCT(S) have an extended warranty for purposes of this BSH WARRANTY, as set forth in clause 7 below;
Extended Warranty Period means the period stated in Article 34.5;
Extended Warranty Period means, with respect to each Facility, the period commencing on the first (1st) anniversary of the date such Facility achieves Commencement of Operations and ending on the twentieth (20th) anniversary of the date of Commencement of Operations of such Facility unless (a)(i) the applicable PPA has been renewed or extended beyond such twentieth (20th) anniversary and (ii) Buyer and Seller have agreed on an appropriate amendment to this Agreement to provide for an extension of the term of the Extended Warranty Period for the applicable Facility(ies), in which case the Extended Warranty Period shall end on the date on which such PPA expires or terminates.

Examples of Extended Warranty Period in a sentence

  • Perlick will provide the replacement parts, but not the labor, for any parts of the hermetically sealed refrigeration system proven to be defective in materials or workmanship during the Extended Warranty Period.

  • For each and every equipment, bidder shall quote separately for Extended Warranty Period (EWP) till 5 (five) years after the expiry of the initial warranty period.

More Definitions of Extended Warranty Period

Extended Warranty Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4

BSM may announce additional Subscription Plans that are eligible for the Extended Warranty Period from time to time. The remaining warranty period for any Hardware Devices that BSM repairs or replaces under the Standard Warranty Period is deemed to be the greater of: (aa) the actual remaining Standard Warranty Period for the replaced or repaired Hardware Device; and (bb) 90 days following the completion of such repair or replacement. This Section 11.2 – Hardware Device Warranties is BSM’s sole liability and Customer’s sole remedy for any breach of warranty by BSM.
Extended Warranty Period means, with respect to each Facility, the period commencing on the first (1st) anniversary of the date such Facility achieves Commencement of Operations and ending on the thirtieth (30th) anniversary of the date of Commencement of Operations of such Facility.
Extended Warranty Period and collectively with the Standard Warranty Period, the “Warranty Period”). No warranty is extended to Customers, other than End Users, under these Terms of Sale. In the case of Distributors, Distributor will not provide any warranty regarding any Product other than the Warranty described in this Section 9.1.
