Facility Increase Notice definition

Facility Increase Notice means a notice from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent requesting a Facility Increase, which may include any proposed term and condition for such proposed Facility Increase but shall include in any event the amount of such proposed Facility Increase.

Facility Increase Notice is defined in Section 2.5(c).

Facility Increase Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(f).

Examples of Facility Increase Notice in a sentence

• Promptly after receipt thereof, the Agent will notify each Lender of the contents of each Aggregate Commitment reduction notice, Borrowing Notice, Conversion/Continuation Notice, Facility Increase Notice and repayment notice received by it hereunder.

• By its execution of this Credit Agreement Supplement, the Borrower hereby delivers and the Administrative Agent hereby acknowledges receipt of this Credit Agreement Supplement as a Term Facility Increase Notice pursuant to Section 2.14(a) of the Credit Agreement.

• In addition, a fee letter shall be entered into between the Administrative Agent and Borrower in connection with any such Facility Increase Notice setting forth all fees payable to the Administrative Agent in connection with obtaining subscriptions for, and implementation of, the Accordion Increase (which fee letter shall be a Fee Letter).

More Definitions of Facility Increase Notice

Facility Increase Notice means a facility increase notice meeting the requirements of Section 2.1(e)(iii) and substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.
