Facility Rental definition

Facility Rental means the annual rental rate payable by Operator to Authority for Operator’s use and occupancy of the FAA Sector Building Office Space pursuant to Article 5.4 and identified on Exhibit “A”.

  • Caterers are required to abide by all policies outlined in the Facility Rental Agreement.
