Field Area definition

Field Area area delimited by the polygon defining the Field, upon approval of the Development Plan.
Field Area means that area used for aircraft taxiing, run up, take off, landing, tiedowns, loading, and unloading of passengers and baggage. Field area shall include all areas used by vehicles or pedestrians to gain access to any of the above, and shall include all additional areas designated by the director as a field area.
Field Area means the areas identified as such in Exhibit E. "Field Time" commences when notice of readiness (NOR) is tendered at the loading point. Field Time ends when the loading hose is disconnected upon completion of loading operation, as evidenced by the statement of the master of the Vessel and agreed by the Operator's Representative on the FPSO. If NOR is tendered and the loading operation at the Xxxxxx Field is delayed due to adverse weather conditions, failure or underperformance of the Vessel or its equipment or crew, or the Vessel remains at the Xxxxxx Field for the sole purpose of loading additional Xxxxxx crude oil which at that time is not yet produced (excluding delays attributable to the Xxxxxx Equipment or to the Xxxxxx Field), the time of such delay as evidenced by the Vessel's master's statement and agreed by the Operator's Charterer's Representative on the FPSO, shall not count as Field Time.

Field Area is the area enclosed by the polygon as defined by the Field, pursuant the approval of the Development Plan.

The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
