Final Completion Punch List is defined in the definition of "Commercial
Final Completion Punch List has the meaning set forth in Section 12.5.
Final Completion Punch List means, as of Commercial Operation, a list of all items to be completed in order to achieve Final Completion.

More Definitions of Final Completion Punch List

Final Completion Punch List means the list of minor items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor for Final Completion.
Final Completion Punch List is defined in Section 2.8. “Financing Documents” is defined in the Lender Consent. “Force Majeure” is defined in Section 14.1.
Final Completion Punch List means that upon the DBE achieving Substantial Completion, a list of remaining minor and/or trivial items which can include, without limitation, minor or trivial items in the Work, the delivery of spare parts, delivery of owner operation manuals, final clean up, etc. Upon reaching Substantial Completion, a Final Completion Punch List will be prepared and a value estimated for each item thereon which shall be communicated to all members of the Project Team. “Final Completion” and “Finally Complete” mean the point at which the following conditions have occurred with respect to the entire Work:
Final Completion Punch List means the list of minor and/or trivial items of Work that are defective and need to be completed and corrected by DBE to achieve Final Completion.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Subproject means a development activity proposed by a Beneficiary under Part A.2 (d) of the Project and financed or to be financed through a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) made out of the proceeds of the Development Credit;

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.
