Final Exhibits definition

Final Exhibits means all creative content developed or created by Supplier, or commissioned by Supplier, exclusively for the Project and incorporated into and delivered as part of the Final Deliverables, including and by way of example, not limitation, any and all visual designs, visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, sounds, typographic treatments, text, exhibits, and interactive components, modifications to Client Content, and Supplier’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with Client Content and/or Third Party Materials.
Final Exhibits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).
Final Exhibits. The exhibits attached to this Agreement as of its effective date in blank or template form and which the Client Agency and Seller subsequently negotiate, fill in, finalize, sign and date in order to implement an SEF project under this Agreement.

Examples of Final Exhibits in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provisions in the Contract, the Final Exhibits or any subcontract, nothing shall be interpreted as establishing privity of contract between the Department and any subcontractor.

  • The Contract shall bind the Contractor to furnish and deliver the Work in accordance with all applicable Final Exhibits.

  • Final Exhibits, which may include attachments as the parties deem to be necessary or appropriate, shall not include any term that Amends any part of this Contract.

  • Accordingly, since Department and Contractor will negotiate and complete the Final Exhibits sometime after the effective date of this Contract, notwithstanding this or any other provision in this Contract or the Final Exhibits, the content of the Final Exhibits shall be restricted to memorializing only that specific Performance which is necessary or appropriate in order to carry out the particular Work that Department and Contractor include in the Final Exhibits.

  • In addition, the Final Exhibits are also deemed to be a part of this Contract as of the effective dates indicated in the Final Exhibits.

  • The performance of labor or work, as specified in the applicable Final Exhibits.

  • The Contract, however, shall continue in full force and effect, but only for the duration of the term, and for and to the extent of the work set forth, in the applicable Final Exhibits.

  • To the extent that any other provision or part of the Contract, especially including the Final Exhibits, and the Records, conflicts or is in any way inconsistent with this Section, this Section controls and shall apply and the conflicting provision or part shall not be given effect.
