Final Parent Stock Price definition

Final Parent Stock Price means the volume-weighted average of the closing prices per share of Parent Common Stock as reported on the Nasdaq National Market (“Nasdaq”) during the Valuation Period.
Final Parent Stock Price means the average of the closing prices of the Parent Common Stock for the twenty consecutive days on which the Parent Common Shares are traded on The New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") ending on the fifth calendar day immediately preceding the Company Stockholders Meeting (as defined in Section 2.13).
Final Parent Stock Price means the average of the per share closing sales prices of Parent Common Stock on NYSE, as reported in The Wall Street Journal, for the ten consecutive trading days ending on the fifth calendar day immediately prior to the Effective Time (or if such calendar day is not a trading day, then ending on the first trading day immediately preceding such calendar day).
