Final Scope of Work definition

Final Scope of Work means the detailed programme of research to implement the Project, and as amended from time to time by decision of the Project Steering Committee, with its original version set out in [Schedule 2] to the Award Letter;
Final Scope of Work means the final plan for renovation of the property. The Final Scope of Work includes an assessment of total costs and time frame for renovation of the property as well as any preliminary matters that are required to begin renovation.
Final Scope of Work means the final gaming facility and associated amenities that the parties intend to complete, unless otherwise agreed by Great Lakes and the Band, no later than the third anniversary of the Commencement Date, which, together with the Initial Phase, shall include not less than 111,000 sq.ft. of gaming space, 100 gaming tables, 3,000 slot machines, 4,000 surface parking spaces for guests and a 2,000 car garage (unless, as to either the surface parking or the garage, a smaller number is approved by the Business Board), parking spaces for 45 buses and 600 employees, a 200 room hotel and a 2,500 seat bingo and events center, and which shall contain (excluding the hotel and bingo/events center) at least 304,000 sq. ft. of space. The Final Scope of Work will include and be integrated with the Initial Phase.

  • The Carbon Trust reserves the right to alter the requirements of the Contract, as detailed in the Final Scope of Work, should this at any time become necessary in the interests of ORJIP Offshore Wind or where acting in accordance with the instructions of the ORJIP Offshore Wind Parties.

  • Final Scope of Work The Final Scope of Work document shall be negotiated and executed prior to the start of work.

  • Whenever under the Contract any sums of money shall be recoverable from the Contractor by the ORJIP Offshore Wind Parties or payable by the Contractor to the ORJIP Offshore Wind Parties, the same may be deducted from any sum then due, or which at any later time may become due to the Contractor under the Contract or under any other contract with the ORJIP Offshore Wind Parties connected to the Final Scope of Work (and issued as part of ORJIP Offshore Wind).

Related to Final Scope of Work

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Change Order means a written modification of the Contract between Owner and Contractor, signed by Owner, Contractor, and A/E.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Type of Work means (insert the type of work you expect to supply the Agency Worker into);
