Finish Work definition

Finish Work refers to the finishes which create the internal and external appearance of the Casino Complex.
Finish Work. All to be designed and constructed by Landlord, pursuant to Tenant’s Program, as further set forth in Section 10.03 and Exhibit 10.03.

Examples of Finish Work in a sentence

  • Finish Work includes, but is not limited to masonry, plastering painting, millwork and other temperature sensitive Work.

More Definitions of Finish Work

Finish Work means the installations, furnishing, fixtures, finishes, equipment, fitting-out and other improvements, if any, to be developed and constructed from time to time by or on behalf of a Member and its contractors (as opposed to Developer on behalf of Legacy Tenant) within any Unit owned (directly or beneficially through Legacy Tenant) in order to ready the same for use and occupancy by such Member or any tenant of such Unit.

Finish Work means all Tenant Work (as defined in Section 5.10.1) performed, or to be performed, in or about the Premises which is required initially to put the Premises in condition suitable for Tenant’s use and occupancy. Finish Work shall be provided in accordance with, and subject to, the provisions of Exhibit C. Finish Work shall include one half of the demising walls separating the Premises from other tenant spaces, common areas, and facilities. All Finish Work shall be performed by Tenant subject to the terms, conditions and requirements of Section 5.10 to the extent so provided in Exhibit C.
Finish Work means all Tenant Work (as ------- hereinafter defined) performed, or to be performed, in or about the Premises which is required initially to put the Premises in condition suitable for Tenant's use and occupancy. Landlord acknowledges that during Tenant's construction of Area B the cafeteria will be out of service. Landlord and Tenant will cooperate during the construction process. To that end, Landlord will use reasonable efforts to (a) grant Tenant access to the air handling room so that Tenant can conduct demolition; (b) provide any required temporary air conditioning or other utilities to other tenants in the Building; (c) within a reasonable time, power down and relocate the control center to another building in the Xxxxx Xxxxx Office Park; (d) separately demise to the extent necessary the FM Global space; and (e) allow tenant to use the two HVAC/mechanical rooms.
