Fire Safety Officer definition

Fire Safety Officer means the person appointed under Section 26 of Chapter V of this Act by the owner or occupier of certain premises and buildings as specified in this behalf to ensure fire prevention and fire safety measures installed in such premises and buildings;
Fire Safety Officer means the person appointed under section 29 of this Act as fire safety officer by the owners and occupiers of certain premises and buildings as specified in this behalf to ensure fire prevention and fire safety measures installed in such premises and buildings;
Fire Safety Officer means the facility staff person who has received training in the application of fire, safety and sanitation

More Definitions of Fire Safety Officer

Fire Safety Officer means a facility staff person who has been designated by the Superintendent and received training in the application of fire, safety, and sanitation requirements/standards. The training shall be from a qualified source such as representatives from the state or local fire authority, state and local college or university.
Fire Safety Officer means a person appointed under section 22 by the owner or occupier of certain buildings as specified in this behalf to ensure fire prevention and fire safety measures installed in such buildings;
Fire Safety Officer means an individual employed on a construction job site whose job function is to minimize the potential for the occurrence and spread of fires in accordance with the requirements of this Chapter 17.82 and the approved Construction Fire Protection Plan.
