Fireworks Permit definition

Fireworks Permit means a current and valid permit in the form attached as Schedule “A-1” or “A-2” to this Bylaw authorizing a person to fire, set-off or explode Family Fireworks or Display Fireworks;
Fireworks Permit means a current and valid permit in the form attached as Schedule “C” to this Bylaw authorizing a person or organization to fire or set off fireworks;
Fireworks Permit means a permit required to display or sell fireworks within the Municipality and includes a permit for Consumer Fireworks, Display Fireworks or Special Effect Pyrotechnics.

  • Safe Fireworks Permit: Each applicant for a safe fireworks permit or for a dangerous fireworks permit shall have filed with the city clerk prior to the issuance and validity of any permit, a policy or a certified true copy thereof, of public liability and products liability insurance, including both "accident" and "occurrence" coverage.

  • The Sponsoring Organization shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnities from and against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, and liabilities whatsoever and all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith and resulting from the performance, purported performance, or non-performance of this Fireworks Permit, excepting only where such claim, demand, action, proceeding or liability is based on the sole negligence of the Indemnities.

  • The insurance policy or policies shall be maintained continuously from the commencement date of the Fireworks Permit until expiry of the Fireworks Permit or such longer period as may be specified by the City.


More Definitions of Fireworks Permit

Fireworks Permit means any one or more of the three (3) documents issued by the Municipality which constitutes written permission for purposes of theNational Fire Code – 2019 Alberta Edition:
Fireworks Permit means a permit issued pursuant to this Bylaw;
Fireworks Permit means a permit issued by a retail location authorized by the County pursuant to this Bylaw and the Alberta Fire Code for the purchase and/or discharge of Low and/or High Level fireworks.
Fireworks Permit means a permit issued under part 9 of this Law in the form established by Council, from time to time;
Fireworks Permit means a document issued by the County Fire Chief or designate, pursuant to this Bylaw, on the form adopted by the County from time to time authorizing the possession, handling, discharging, firing or setting off of Consumer Fireworks or Display Fireworks.
Fireworks Permit means a current and valid document issued by the Fire Chief or a Member authorizing a person to carry out the Fireworks-related activities described in the permit;
Fireworks Permit means a current and valid permit in the form attached as Schedule “A” to this bylaw authorizing a person or organization to purchase, possess and/or discharge fireworks.
