Fixed Rate Periods definition

Fixed Rate Periods shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Fixed Rate Periods in a sentence

  • Upon expiration of the Fixed Rate Periods, the amount of interest payable for any interest payment period will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the relevant interest period.

  • During the Fixed Rate Periods, the amount of interest payable shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months and the amount payable for any partial period shall be computed on the basis of the number of days elapsed in a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.

  • When the Corporation has paid full dividends on the Series D Preferred Stock for the equivalent of at least two Fixed Rate Periods or at least four Floating Rate Periods, as applicable, following a Nonpayment, then the right of the holders of Series D Preferred Stock to elect the Preferred Stock Directors set forth in this Section (5) shall cease (except as provided by law and subject always to the same provisions for the vesting of the special voting rights in the case of any future Nonpayment).

  • Service Provider shall not charge CTG any sales or use taxes in relation to the services rendered under this agreement during Fixed Rate Periods.

  • Interest on Absolute Rate Bid Advances is payable in arrears on the first Business Day of each month during the respective Fixed Rate Periods relating to the Bid Advances evidenced hereby, commencing with the first Business Day of the first calendar month to begin after the date of this Bid Advance Note.

Related to Fixed Rate Periods

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2 or 3 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than $100,000.00; and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means the period from and including a Quarterly Commencement Date to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Fixed Rate Period Remaining Life means, with respect to any Debenture, the period from the Special Redemption Date for such Debenture to the Interest Payment Date in December 2010.

  • Initial Rate Period means, with respect to the VMTP Shares of any Series, the period commencing on and including the Date of Original Issue thereof and ending on, and including, the next succeeding calendar day that is a Wednesday (or if such Wednesday is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Fixed Rate Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(i).

  • Daily Rate Period means a period commencing on one Business Day and extending to, but not including, the next succeeding Business Day, during which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Fixed Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Fixed Rate Note or during the Fixed Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Note and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Floating Rate Option has the meaning given to it in the ISDA Definitions;

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means each period commencing on the date of the Closing and, thereafter, commencing on a Floating Rate Interest Payment Date and continuing up to, but not including, the next Floating Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Interest Period Date means each Interest Payment Date unless otherwise specified hereon.

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Interest Periods means period(s) of one, three or six months selected by the Borrower or, in the Lenders' discretion, such other period(s) as may be agreed;
