Fixed Rate Product definition

Fixed Rate Product means a product in which the price for power and energy does not change for a period of at least 3 months, other than for legal, regulatory, utility or non-market based changes, after power and energy flow under the product.
Fixed Rate Product. Customers on a Fixed Rate Product may terminate the Terms of Service Agreement at any time with written notice to Stream via U.S. mail at the address indicated in Section 1. Except as otherwise set forth below, in the event Customer terminates the Agreement at any time 31 or more days prior to the end of the term of the Agreement, Early Termination Fees (ETFs) shall apply, as follows:

Examples of Fixed Rate Product in a sentence

  • If enrolled with a Fixed- Rate Product, Customer agrees to remain a Customer of Tomorrow Energy until the term expires or Customer may be subject to an early termination fee.

  • If you are on a term product other than a Fixed Rate Product, we will send you a contract expiration notice between 30 to 60 days in advance of contract expiration.

  • If you are on a Fixed Rate Product that has a contract term of four months or fewer, we will send your final written notice at least 15 days in advance of contract expiration.

  • If you are on a Fixed Rate Product that has a contract term of greater than four months, we will send your final written notice at least 30 days in advance of contract expiration.

  • If you are on a Fixed Rate Product we will send you three contract expiration notices evenly distributed, to the extent practicable, during the last third of the contract period.

  • Each REC will embody different characteristics that vary depending on the generation facility.Renewable Energy Plan – If you are purchasing our Renewable Energy Plan pursuant to this Agreement, you are agreeing to purchase from Direct Energy a Fixed Rate Product that is supported 100% by RECs in an amount sufficient to match your annual consumption from your EDC.

  • Fixed Rate Product: For the Fixed Rate (ResiSure) product, this Agreement shall commence as of the date Customer’s enrollment with Residents Energy is deemed effective by the EDC, and it shall continue until the conclusion of the Initial Term (defined in your Contract Summary).

  • The price for the Fixed Rate Product may be modified, or may vary from the EFL, solely to reflect actual changes in the TDU charges, changes to the ERCOT or Texas Regional Entity administrative fees charged to loads, or changes resulting from federal, state or local laws that impose new or modified fees or costs on Stream that are beyond Stream’s control.

  • Nothing in this section precludesshall preclude a REP from offering a new contract to the customer at any other time during the contract term.(1(2) Notice Timeline for Expiration of a Fixed Rate Product.

  • Fixed Rate Product: For the Fixed Rate (SmartBudget) product, this Agreement shall commence as of the date Customer’s enrollment with IDT Energy is deemed effective by the EDC, and it shall continue until the conclusion of the Initial Term (defined in your Contract Summary).

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Indirect cost rate proposal has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on September 20, 2018 and ending on and including December 19, 2018, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Fixed Interest Period means the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date; and

  • Fixed Rate Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(i).

  • Base Rate Portion of any Loan or Loans shall mean at any time the portion, including the whole, of such Loan or Loans bearing interest at such time (a) under the Base Rate Option or (b) in accordance with Section 4.05(b)(ii)(A) hereof. If no Loan or Loans is specified, “Base Rate Portion” shall refer to the Base Rate Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Fixed Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Loan (other than a Eurodollar Competitive Loan), the fixed rate of interest per annum specified by the Lender making such Competitive Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

  • Fixed Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for a payment of interest at a Fixed Pass-Through Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Obligation Any Collateral Obligation that bears a fixed rate of interest.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.
