Terms of Service Agreement. This chapter does not change or impair a right of a custodian or a user under a terms-of-service agreement to access and use digital assets of the user.

The Provider should respond to any written requests for reported matters of concern within five days. When NSD or appropriate auditor requests to visit service premises, it is expected that the Provider facilitate this in a timely manner.
Terms of Service Agreement. Notwithstanding the forgoing, and notwithstanding that HRPS has no liability to you for its failure to store or backup Content, any Content, or other messages. Communication or information stored on HRPS servers may be deleted (automatically or manually) by HRPS any time after 60 days after the expiration or termination of the Services provided to you under this Agreement.
