Fixture Collateral definition

Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor.
Fixture Collateral means that portion of the UCC Collateral which consists of “fixtures” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) to the extent the UCC governs a security interest in such collateral.
Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor; provided that “Fixture Collateral” shall not include any Excluded Property.

Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor's right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired ih and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor.
Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor's interest in and to all Operating Equipment which is or becomes so related to the Oil and Gas Property or any part thereof that an interest in the equipment arises under the real property law of the state in which situated.
Fixture Collateral means all and any part of the Mortgaged Premises and Fixture Collateral, respectively, and any interest in the Mortgaged Premises and Fixture Collateral, respectively. Related to Fixture Collateral

  • Collateral means all of the “Collateral” referred to in the Collateral Documents and all of the other property that is or is intended under the terms of the Collateral Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
