Fixture Collateral definition

Fixture Collateral means that portion of the UCC Collateral which consists of “fixtures” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) to the extent the UCC governs a security interest in such collateral.
Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor.

  • Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, or at any time thereafter, Mortgagee may elect to treat the Fixture Collateral as either Realty Collateral or as Personalty Collateral (but not both) and proceed to exercise such rights as apply to the type of Collateral selected.

Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor's right, title and interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor.
