Fixture Collateral definition

Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor; provided that “Fixture Collateral” shall not include any Excluded Property.
Fixture Collateral means that portion of the UCC Collateral which consists of “fixtures” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) to the extent the UCC governs a security interest in such collateral.
Fixture Collateral means all of Trustor’s interest now owned or hereafter acquired in and to all Fixture Operating Equipment and all proceeds, products, renewals, increases, profits, substitutions, replacements, additions, amendments and accessions thereof, thereto or therefor.

More Definitions of Fixture Collateral

Fixture Collateral means all of Mortgagor's interest in and to all Operating Equipment which is or becomes so related to the Oil and Gas Property or any part thereof that an interest in the Operating Equipment arises under the real property law of the State in which it is situated, including all oil or natural gas delivery pipelines.
Fixture Collateral means trade fixtures of Debtors that are subject to the valid, enforceable and perfected security interests of Revolving Loan Agent at a retail store location of a Debtor that is leased by such Debtor where the lease of such retail store location constitutes Supplemental Loan Priority Collateral, including without limitation, all shelving and racking equipment, store fixtures, display cases, coolers, checkout stands and equipment, food preparation equipment and refrigeration equipment.

Related to Fixture Collateral
