Floating Rate Coupon definition

Floating Rate Coupon means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Certificate in respect of which the "Certificate Floating Rate Coupon Provisions" are specified to be applicable in the relevant Pricing Supplement and that is either specified or calculated in accordance with the provisions in such relevant Pricing Supplement.
Floating Rate Coupon means a Coupon for payment of interest accruing in a Floating Rate Interest Period;

Related to Floating Rate Coupon

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Floating Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to (i) the Alternate Base Rate for such day plus (ii) ABR Applicable Margin for such day, in each case changing when and as the Alternate Base Rate changes.
