Flock Hardware definition

Flock Hardware means the Flock device(s), which may include the pole, clamps, solar panel, installation components, and any other physical elements that interact with the Embedded Software and the Web Interface, to provide the Flock Services as specifically set forth in the applicable product addenda.

  • Agency understands that all Flock Hardware is owned exclusively by Xxxxx, and that title to any Flock Hardware does not pass to Agency upon execution of this Agreement.

  • Flock reserves the right in their sole discretion to refuse or delay replacement or its choice of remedy for a Defect until after it has inspected and tested the affected Flock Hardware provided that such inspection and test shall occur within a commercially reasonable time, but no longer than seven (7) business days after Agency notifies the Flock of a known Defect.

  • Subject to all terms of this Agreement, Flock grants Agency a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable (except to the Authorized End Users), revocable right to use the Embedded Software as installed on the Flock Hardware or Agency Hardware; in each case, solely as necessary for Agency to use the Services.

  • Flock shall have full discretion on decision to reinstall Flock Hardware.

  • Upon a malfunction or failure of Flock Hardware or Embedded Software (a “Defect”), Agency must notify Flock’s technical support as described in Section 2.10 above.

  • Hardware means all mainframes, midrange computers, personal computers, notebooks, servers, switches, printers, modems, drives, peripherals and any component of any of the foregoing.

  • Computer Hardware means any computer hardware, equipment and peripherals of any kind and of any platform, including desktop and laptop personal computers, handheld computerized devices, servers, mid-range and mainframe computers, process control and distributed control systems, and all network and other communications and telecommunications equipment.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
