Flock Hardware definition

Flock Hardware means the Flock device(s), which may include the pole, clamps, solar panel, installation components, and any other physical elements that interact with the Embedded Software and the Web Interface, to provide the Flock Services as specifically set forth in the applicable product addenda.

  • Flock Hardware is owned and shall remain the exclusive property of Flock.

  • Should Customer default on any payment of the Flock Services, Flock may remove Flock Hardware at Flock’s discretion.

  • Upon a malfunction or failure of Flock Hardware or Embedded Software (a “Defect”), Customer must notify Flock’s technical support team.

  • Customer represents and warrants that it has, or shall lawfully obtain, all necessary right title and authority and hereby authorizes Flock to install the Flock Hardware at the designated locations and to make any necessary inspections or maintenance in connection with such installation.

  • Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, Customer is not permitted to remove, reposition, re-install, tamper with, alter, adjust or otherwise take possession or control of Flock Hardware.

Related to Flock Hardware
