In order to obtain a Food Truck Permit, the applicant must provide proof of insurance with a minimum coverage amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) together with an insurance certificate naming the City of Kearney as an additional insured. This insurance certificate must remain valid for the duration of the Food Truck Permit. The applicant must further agree that it will hold the City of Kearney harmless from any and all claims of any kind which result from its use of the designated public parking areas allowed for Food Truck Vendor use as a part of this Food Truck Permit.
