Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater means the most recent edition of Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environment Federation;
Boarding house means a residence in which lodging and meals are provided. Each resident of a boarding house is charged a lump sum to cover the costs of lodging and meals with no separate accounting for the fair selling price of the meals.
Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.
Primary care giver means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.
Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. primary carer means the person who has responsibility for the care of the Child. Only one person can be the Child’s Primary Carer on a particular day.
DRIVER / OPERATOR means an individual possessing sound mental and physical health who must be in possession of an appropriate professional Driving License and
Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.
Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.
Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.
Compact state means a state, U.S. commonwealth, possession or trust territory which is a signatory to the interstate compact on the placement of children.
DSL refers to a set of service-enhancing copper technologies that are designed to provide digital communications services over copper Loops either in addition to or instead of normal analog voice service, sometimes referred to herein as xDSL, including, but not limited to, the following:
Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
Subsurface Borings and Testing means borings, probings and subsurface explorations, laboratory tests and inspections of samples, materials and equipment; appropriate professional interpretations of all the foregoing.
System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.
Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

Primary care services means the services in respect of which NHS England has a duty or power to make arrangements pursuant to the Primary Care Functions;
T&Cs means these Terms and Conditions.
processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;
Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.
