Forensic expenses definition

Forensic expenses means reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the "insured" to investigate the source or cause of the failure of "computer security" to prevent a "security breach".
Forensic expenses means reasonable expenses for forensic analysis of the nature, extent and severity of an Information Risk Incident and the number and identities of persons affected. Forensic Expenses does not include Defense Expenses or any remuneration, salaries, wages, fees, overhead or benefit expenses of any Insured.
Forensic expenses means reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Fund Member to investigate the source or cause of a Business Interruption Loss.
