Franchisee Manual definition

Franchisee Manual means the operational manual given to the Franchisee by the Franchisor at the commencement of this Agreement
Franchisee Manual or “Manual” means the operations manuals (that may be more than one manual, booklet, or handout), that are delivered to you before you open for business and which Franchisee Manuals disclose the operating methods used in the Franchised Business.

  • In the event Master Franchisee's copy of the Master Franchisee Manual is lost, destroyed, or damaged, Master Franchisee shall be obligated to obtain from Franchisor, at Franchisor's then applicable charge, a replacement copy of the Master Franchisee Manual.

  • Master Franchisee acknowledges that Franchisor may modify its standards and specifications and operating and marketing techniques set forth in the Master Franchisee Manual unilaterally under any conditions and to the extent in which Franchisor, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to protect, promote, or improve the Marks and the quality of the Licensed Methods, but under no circumstances will such modifications be made arbitrarily without such determination.

  • We will loan you, during the Term (defined hereafter in Section 9), one (1) copy of our manuals (Franchisee Manual, Marketing Plan, and QuickBooks User Guide) (the “Manuals”), for use in operating an ACTIKARE® business.

  • Operating Manual means Exhibit A of the Conditions.

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help guide, and other documentation provided with the software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • PJM Manuals means the instructions, rules, procedures and guidelines established by the Office of the Interconnection for the operation, planning, and accounting requirements of the PJM Region and the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.
