Fund Document means this Agreement, the Subscription Agreement, each Side Letter, the investment management agreement and any other agreements or understandings, written or otherwise, relating to or otherwise affecting the Fund.3

Sincerely, State Street Global Markets, LLC By: Name: Title: Date: Agreed as of the date first set forth above: World Gold Trust Services, LLC By: Name: Title: Date: PRODUCT ANNEX 1 TO MASTER MARKETING AGENT AGREEMENT JULY 5, 2016 This product annex (“Product Annex”) sets forth the understanding of State Street Global Markets, LLC (“SSGM”) and WGC USA Asset Management Company, LLC (the “Sponsor”) (together, the “Parties”) regarding certain matters contemplated in the Master Marketing Agent Agreement made as of July 17, 2015, by and between World Gold Trust Services, LLC and SSGM (the “Marketing Agent Agreement”) and as further set forth herein. The parties agree that the proposed marketing arrangement for the Related ETFs set forth in this Product Annex (the “Related ETFs”) will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Marketing Agent Agreement, as amended from time to time, and that the terms and conditions of such Marketing Agent Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Product Annex, and this Product Annex shall serve as a Product Annex for purposes of the Marketing Agent Agreement. For the sole and limited purpose of this Product Annex, references in the Marketing Agent Agreement to World Gold Trust Services, LLC shall be construed to refer in all instances to the WGC USA Asset Management Company, LLC as’ Sponsor. SSGM acknowledges and agrees that World Gold Trust Services, LLC has no responsibility, liability or obligation under or with respect to this Product Annex, and that WGC USA Asset Management Company LLC retains and assumes all responsibility, liability and obligation under or with respect to this Product Annex. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meaning ascribed to them in the Marketing Agent Agreement.

Fund Document means as of the date hereof (i) each administration agreement, advisory agreement, collateral administration agreement, hedge agreement, swap agreement, indenture, collateral management agreement, administrative services agreement, Investment Advisory Arrangement, offering document, escrow agreement, fiscal agent agreement, subscription agreement, purchase agreement, side letter, distribution agreement, solicitation agreement, placement agreement, custody agreement, underwriting agreement, organizational documents of each issuer, insurance agreement, all other material agreements and documents (A) related to each Controlled Fund, and (B) with respect to each Non-Controlled Fund, to which the Company or its Subsidiaries is a party, and (ii) each engagement letter, warehousing document, escrow agreement, loan agreement, participation agreement, security agreement and all other material agreements and documents (A) related to each Controlled Fund, and (B) with respect to each Non-Controlled Fund, to which the Company or its Subsidiaries is a party, including, in the case of clauses (i) and (ii), any amendments, modifications, supplements or waivers with respect to any of the foregoing.
Fund Document means the Perry Drug Stores Master Retirement Trust, by and between the Sponsor and the Fund Fiduciary, and any other trust agreement with a trustee or group annuity contract with an insurance company, entered into by the Sponsor and containing the terms and conditions under which the trustee or insurance company is to hold, administer, invest and distribute any part or all of the Fund.
Fund Document means the Fourth Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of World Gold Trust (formerly known as World Currency Gold Trust), dated as of April 16, 2018, as amended from time to time.

Fund Document means, (a) with respect to each Fund Party, the limited partnership agreement or limited liability company agreement (including the Feeder Fund Partnership Agreements) and (b) with respect to Initial Borrower and Feeder Fund A, the Advisory Agreement, the Administration Agreement, the Bylaws, the Memorandum and the form Subscription Agreement attached as Exhibit H, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented in accordance with the terms hereof. “Fund Documents” means all of the Fund Documents collectively.
