More Definitions of Funding Notice Date

Funding Notice Date means, with respect to each Funding Notice, the date on which such Funding Notice was delivered to the Lender.
Funding Notice Date. The date that is two Business Days prior to the anticipated Initial Funding Date, and in all other cases, that date that is five Business Days prior to the date that a Funding is anticipated to occur.
