Further Services means a service or component of the Application not originally set out in Schedule B but which iCognition has agreed to provide the Client pursuant to a Proposal accepted by the Client in pursuance of clause 5. VAT has the meaning given to it under the United Kingdom's Value Added Tax Act 1994. Information Security Manual means the Australian Government Information Security Manual.

Examples of Further Services in a sentence

  • No IPRs in or derived from or arising out of any Further Services will vest in the Contractor.
